About the Career Catalyst Portfolio (CCP)

What is the Career Catalyst Portfolio (CCP)?

The Sheridan Works Career Catalyst Portfolio is an online tool in Sheridan Works that allows you to create a comprehensive, Sheridan-validated portfolio of your curricular and co-curricular experiential learning activities along with the competencies (also known as Sheridan Career Catalysts) you have gained. 

The CCP allows you to track and share experiences from the following types of activities:

How the CCP Benefits You

As a student, your published portfolio can be shared with employers to highlight the experiences and skills you have gained during your time at Sheridan.

How to Use Reflection in the CCP

An embedded reflection tool helps you identify your achieved career catalysts (also known as employability skills, soft skills, or core competencies) and consider the ways these experiences have helped you grow and develop, and how having these skills helps to prepare you for your chosen job. You can utilize your reflections in the CCP to:
